The crutches are totally impractical as they don't stay on your arms as the arm cuff just falls away if you need to rest up and catch your breath. Total waste of my money as they are now in a cupboard.

although the products ordered were as good as the aids I had been discharged out of the hospital with I like to comment on the price of the P&P as it wasn't in the proportion of the goods send it could have been more in line with the weight and size of the products/ parcel. that said the delivery arrived on time also easy to track my order and very good communication from the carrier. thank you for my goods.

I ordered two lightweight walking frames and only one turned up and I had to contact you to arrange for the second one to be delivered. It did come fairly promptly. My Mother is happy with the walking frames and they have been a good purchase

To start with had an issue with the wrong item being delivered although delivered very quickly, I had to inform them it was wrong so delivery driver came back out next day to collect the wrong item - but within 3 days I had the correct item delivered all in order very good product very pleased with performance & price.

Decided on this style of rail as looked more elegant than the usual straight grab rail. Looks really great in our shower, sturdy and very well made. Fast delivery as well, would happily use again.

I ordered one which was unsuitable easy to phone and cancel reorderd and delivery was fast easy to put together and change heights as we got one that we can adjust. Looks good on the eye and had visitors comment how nice it looks
